Blazing Star Chihuahuas

As with most pure breed lines, chihuahuas have their known health issues. The most common is luxating patellas followed by cardiac and eye problems. We have health tested all of our breeding stock to be sure they are free of these common defects.

 While we realize that having our dogs tested does not guarantee they do not carry the genetics to produce these health issues, we will remove any dog from our program that is found to produce these problems. We are striving to breed puppies that are within the standard, have great personalities, and minimal hereditary defects.
